By accessing grawx.com or using the Grawx Telegram bot at t.me/grawx_bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Jan Košak s.p., Dolenjska cesta 73, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (tax ID: SI66877342, reg. no.: 9832190000), referred to as "Grawx", "we", or "us".
By using the service you confirm you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If using Grawx on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Grawx is an AI-powered marketing automation agent accessible via Telegram at t.me/grawx_bot. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content based on information you provide about your business.
The service includes but is not limited to:
Grawx is a tool to assist your marketing efforts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any content generated by the service.
Access to Grawx features is governed by a credit system. Credits are consumed each time the service performs a task.

All prices are in US Dollars and exclude applicable local taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. — by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Credits are non-transferable, tied to your Telegram account, and do not expire while your account is active.
Credit purchases are for digital services that begin delivery immediately upon purchase. Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), by completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Your input data: All business information and brand materials you provide remain yours. You grant Grawx a limited licence to process this data solely to deliver the service.
Generated content: Subject to these Terms and full payment, you own the marketing content generated by Grawx for your business. You may use, modify, publish, and commercialise it freely.
AI-generated images: Images generated via Leonardo AI are provided under Leonardo AI's content policy. You are responsible for reviewing their commercial use terms.
Grawx platform: The Grawx software, brand, website, and underlying systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Jan Košak s.p. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the platform.
You agree not to use Grawx for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these terms without notice and without refund.
Grawx integrates with Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT / DALL·E), xAI (Grok), and Leonardo AI for content and image generation. Web research is performed using AI-powered search. By using Grawx, you indirectly agree to their acceptable use policies:
Grawx is not responsible for disruptions, pricing changes, or capability changes made by these providers.
Grawx is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jan Košak s.p. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, data, reputation, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Grawx in the 90 days preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or liability that cannot be excluded under Slovenian or EU law.
By you: You may stop using Grawx at any time. To request account and data deletion, contact hello@grawx.com. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary termination unless otherwise agreed.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. Where termination is not due to your breach, we will provide reasonable notice.
Sections 5, 8, 9, and 13 survive termination.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice via the Telegram bot. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Grawx is available worldwide. These Terms are governed by Slovenian and EU law, which provides a high baseline of consumer protection. Where mandatory local laws provide stronger rights, those apply.
EU & EEA: EU consumer protection law applies in full, including mandatory statutory rights that cannot be contractually waived.
United Kingdom: The Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to UK users. Nothing here excludes your statutory rights.
United States: These Terms form a commercial agreement. California residents should see our Privacy Policy for CCPA rights.
Australia: Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply and cannot be excluded.
All other jurisdictions: We operate in good faith with users everywhere. Where local mandatory consumer rights exceed these Terms, those rights apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. EU consumers also retain the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
We encourage informal resolution first — contact hello@grawx.com. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grawx.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in future.
Language: In any conflict between this English version and a translation, the English version prevails.
